Firstly I know this can be stressful and an anxious time, wondering when you will get money to be able to pay rent, pay business fees and running costs of your business, however there are a number of things you can be doing right now to safeguard your business.

1. Reducing Staff Salaries

2. Reducing all marketing and advertising

THIS IS ALL WRONG!

If you reduce staff salaries, how do you expect your staff to still be performing at 100% for your busienss, when their attention is now focussed on how they are going to pay this months rent because there boss reduced there salary?

Rent, and bills don’t get reduced, so you as the business owner cannot consider this as an option, you must think outside the box and think what if i kept all staff salaries, and what if i spoke to all staff and explained our team situation and asked them for there help in these situations.

Trust me if you keep your staff happy they will keep your business happy and alive and do nothing but 100% for you.

Secondly don’t reduce and limit marketing and advertising for your business! this is crazy!

Even if your business is temporary shut you still need to be actively promoting your business on social media to show your customers that you are still alive and open and have not shut.

This is what your competitors are doing right now, they are preparing for when the dust settles and we all get back to how we once were. The people that take action now are the ones that will survive in the future not the ones that are trying to limit advertising there business.

Therefore it is crucian you do EVEN MORE advertising and marketing of your business showcasing your businesses products and services so when we are ready to fully launch back into business you already have lots of customers waiting to buy from you.

The businesses that have chosen against this will lose the big fight in the end.

With social media marketing costs now at an all time low because everyone is online, there is no excuse not to do it so make sure you hire a professional to get this job done for you and FEED YOUR Business Don’t leave it go hungry or else it will die.
